No. 667: Roofstock, an investment marketplace for the single-family rental (SFR) market, continued growth following a $240 million Series E and acquisitions of Great Jones and RentPrep. 3-year average growth rate: 945%.
No. 685: Obie, a Chicago-based insurtech that serves landlords and real estate investors through its integration network. 3-year average growth rate: 913%.
